THE CONCEPT

ONE UNIFORM PRESSURE.
A STRONGER BOND.

The Spyder Hercules is designed to apply consistent, evenly distributed pressure across the entire stone and Spydercore panel assembly during the adhesive curing process. Once the stone and Spydercore have been bonded and stacked on the table, the system moves the assembly into the press, where the platen applies uniform pressure across the full surface. After the cycle, the platen lifts and the table rolls out, ready for the Spyder to cutt it.

  • LoadThe slab and the Spydercore panel, with the glue between them, are stacked on the table.
  • Table inThe table slides into the press on rails.
  • PressThe platen comes down and presses the stack with even pressure.
  • Table outThe platen lifts, the table slides out with the bonded panel.
