A D2 TECHNOLOGY ECOSYSTEM

BEYOND THE SURFACE.

Spydercore. Bonding. Machines. One system for the stone industry.

01 / THE CORE

GEOMETRY, ENGINEERED.

Spydercore is a hexagonal structure in aluminum or thermoplastic. The strongest shape in nature, turned into a structural core that carries the stone at a fraction of the weight.

02 / THE BOND

STONE MEETS SPYDER CORE.

Spydercore is bonded to both sides of the slab, creating a single, reinforced structure.

03 / THE PERFORMANCE

MACHINES BUILT FOR THE PROCESS.

Hercules presses the bonded stack while the glue cures. Spyder then splits it with diamond wire. The result is two lighter, reinforced stone slabs.

ENGINEERED TO PERFORM.

SpyderCore is the complete technology ecosystem for the stone industry: Spydercore, bonding materials, consumables and machines, from one source.

SCROLL
Why SpyderCore stone honeycomb panels

SIX REASONS TO CHOOSE SPYDERCORE

One system, six advantages. Hover each one.
  • Double the material | 1 slab becomes 2 slabs. | split
  • -72% weight | Lighter panels to handle, ship and install. | light
  • Easy to Install | Uses where full-weight slabs don’t work. | hex
  • Easy to transport | Less weight to lift, less to move. | box
  • Low permeability | Reduced Moisture Absorption. | cycle
  • More resistant | Natural stone with a honeycomb core. | core

HOW SPYDERCORE WORKS

THREE STEPS. ONE SYSTEM.

01 — BOND

BOND

Spydercore is applied and bonded to both faces of the slab.

02 — PRESS

press

Hercules presses the layers into one sandwich.

03 — SPLIT

Split

The Spyder splits the slab down the middle: two stone slabs, each with its Spydercore.

THE TECHNOLOGY

THE CORE OF THE SYSTEM.

≈ 20 mm / 16 mm ALUMINUM HONEYCOMB≈ 5 mm / 2 mm STONE
  • Aluminum Spydercore · ≈ 20 mm / 16 mm
  • Stone · ≈ 5 mm / 2 mm

Spydercore goes on the outside, on both faces of the slab. The slab is then split down the middle: two stone slabs, each already carrying its Spydercore.

TESTIMONIALS

TRUSTED BY THOSE WHO WORK WITH STONE.

Fabricators and distributors on what changes when the slab gets lighter.

  • Spydercore completely changed my business. Being able to double our material output while reducing the number of workers needed on installation projects has made a huge difference to our productivity and profitability.
