These Terms and Conditions govern your use of spydercore.com (the “Website”), operated by D2 Technology, a D2 Technology company (“D2 Technology”, “SpyderCore”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Material Request tool lets you list the products and quantities you are interested in. A Material Request is not an order and no payment is taken on the Website. We reply with a quote.
A sale only exists when we confirm it in writing (order confirmation or sales agreement). Prices, availability, lead times and delivery are stated in our written quote. Quotes are valid for the period they state. We may correct errors or decline a request.
Sales terms such as payment, delivery, warranty and returns are set out in our quote or sales agreement.
Customer accounts are created by us for existing customers. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached or the account is misused.

They are not a guarantee of performance for a specific project. Illustrations and simulations are illustrative.
